百叶龙——中国湖州

　舞龙是中国民间传统的文化活动。湖州农民表演的“百叶龙”舞蹈参加者了2002年新西兰新年灯会，在当地引起轰动， 新西兰总理海伦•克拉克女士亲自为“百叶龙”点睛。
The Dragon dance is one of the traditional Chinese folk cultural activites . In
2003 , HuZhou's “Lotus Lantern Dragon Dance” performance troupe participated 
in the Lantern Festival Carnival held in Auckland,New Zealand . Their wonderful
performance thrilled local people . On the opening ceremony of the festival , 
Mrs .Helen Clark , New Zealand's rime Minister , painted the eyes of the lotus 
lantern dragon .
